3.Product application analysis
In the process of synthetic ammonia production, heat exchange always occurs. The performance of the heat exchanger directly determines whether the synthetic ammonia system can operate economically. Based on this, new materials and high-efficiency heat exchanger technologies are gradually infiltrating into the industrial production of synthetic ammonia, and increasingly show their tremendous role. Among the many small nitrogen fertilizer enterprises in China, traditional heat exchange technology still occupies a dominant position, which is a hindrance to the production of synthetic ammonia, which focuses on energy saving and consumption reduction. At present, some manufacturers are also trying to adopt spray type and spray type. Hybrid heat exchangers, this type of heat exchanger has a series of problems such as high power consumption, loss of effective gas components, and difficulty in separating gas from water.
