Product Description

Graphite thermal conductivity, second only to copper, aluminum, has strong corrosion resistance, stable chemical properties, the industry involves hVAC, pressure vessels, chemicals, petroleum and so on.Graphite heat exchanger has high cost and large volume. It is mainly used for heat exchange of corrosive media such as hydrochloric acid, sulfuric acid, acetic acid and phosphoric acid.


1.Structural features:
The equipment adopts integral graphite block processing, heat exchange block without center hole, higher utilization rate, reliable performance. The special deep hole drilling machine is used for drilling, the heat exchange block is sealed with ptfe, and the pressure spring is installed on the upper part of the equipment to make the pressure compensation device for temperature difference. The maximum heat exchange area can reach 800 square meters.
