3.Product application analysis
In the process of synthetic ammonia production, heat exchange always occurs. The performance of the heat exchanger directly determines whether the synthetic ammonia system can operate economically. Among the many small nitrogen fertilizer enterprises in China, traditional heat exchange technology still occupies a dominant position, which is a hindrance to the production of synthetic ammonia, which focuses on energy saving and consumption reduction. At present, some manufacturers are also trying to adopt spray type and spray type. Hybrid heat exchangers, this type of heat exchanger has a series of problems such as high power consumption, loss of effective gas components, and difficulty in separating gas from water. After careful comparison, research and demonstration, our company boldly tried to apply the new graphite tube heat exchanger to the production system, and achieved good results.
